This is where you leave your cell phone behind and disconnect to reconnect.
Reconnect in the wild…
Completely solar powered our lodge has 10 one of kind bungalows each with their own unique feeling. From our 3 story Treehouse to our Stargazer with roof top viewing platform and the Luna Love Shack there is something for everyone to explore and enjoy. Our restaurant offers locally sourced produce and creative Latin fusion dishes. We also have a wonderful salt water pool to refresh yourself during the day.
Our two story Yoga Shala spa is located on the edge of the ocean where you’ll overlook the tropical blue waters of Pan Dulce Bay. The sounds of the jungle and the waves rolling in is the perfect combination to lose yourself in nature.
This is a place for those looking to unplug from everyday life, dive deep into the rhythms of the natural world, and have an off-the-grid adventure surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.
Experience 5 star cuisine in the middle of the rainforest
Food is a huge part of Encanta La Vida and has always been an important part of the Hennessy’s life. With Katie being a chef and Mike always providing the fish and Brisa taste testing in the kitchen it was not a question this eco lodge had to revolve around good food and another beautiful way to share and connect.
You are going to be amazed at the sustainable organic cuisine our local trained chefs will create for you right in the middle of the jungle. From traditional Gallo Pinto, to Coconut Tico Ceviche or Blackened tuna with a Teriyaki Tamarind sauce, orange sweet potato mash and local roasted vegetables. Our restaurant uses locally sourced produce, our own eggs and fish caught by Captain Mike!
Relax and take a dip in our refreshing salt water pool and have one of our special cocktails from the “Daily” Bar and enjoy 3 wonderful meals at our restaurant offering locally sourced produce and creative Latin Fusion dishes.
