Included in your stay:

Cancellation Policy:

• In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
• If a reservation is canceled 15 days or less before the arrival date during Low Season, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
• If a reservation is canceled 30 days or less before the arrival date during High Season, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
• If a reservation is canceled 90 days or less before the arrival date during Holiday Season, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
• If the cancellation is made before these windows, an administrative penalty of 25% of the total amount paid will apply, and the remaining balance may be used as credit toward a future stay within one year of the original arrival date.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to reservations@encantalavida.com and must be acknowledged as received in order to be considered valid.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Terms and Conditions

Booking & Cancelation

• Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.
• A 25% surcharge applies to all rates for private room/single occupancy and will be calculated upon receipt of the reservation.
• Third and fourth guests receive a 10% discount.
• Children ages 4–11 receive a 50% discount on room rates when sharing with two adults.
• Children ages 3 and under stay free.
• All rates displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars.
• Rates do not include the 13% Costa Rican sales tax.
• Holiday reservations require a minimum stay of four nights between December 15 and January 4.

Extra Services Policy:

• Pre-paid extra services such as flights, land transfers and tours are non-refundable, according to each supplier’s cancellation policy.

Payment Authorization:

• By providing us your credit card details, you consent to entities such as card suppliers, banks and transaction processors, both locally and internationally, to use your information for payment process authorization.

Insurance:

In order to be covered for possible cancellations we highly recommend purchasing your own Travel Insurance.
