Women’s Quest Surf & Yoga Adventure Retreat

April 19 - 25, 2026

Women’s Quest Surf & Yoga Adventure Retreat

Escape to the remote Osa Peninsula, where lush rainforest meets the sparkling Pacific. This retreat is a soulful invitation to reconnect with nature’s rhythm in a hidden surf haven. Whether you are a first-timer or an experienced surfer, our expert instructors provide a safe, two-to-one student ratio across three uncrowded point breaks—including the gentle, long rides of Pan Dulce.

Your days will flow from “Awakening the Senses” morning yoga to exhilarating surf sessions in warm tropical waters. Between waves, immerse yourself in the wild; encounter four species of monkeys, scarlet macaws, and snoozing sloths.

Our “perfect recipe” for rejuvenation includes:

  • Daily Yoga & Surf: Tailored for all ages and abilities.
  • Nature Immersion: Jungle hikes to hidden waterfalls and white sandy beaches.
  • Nourishment: Fresh, gourmet local cuisine and professional massage.

Experience the heartbeat of Pura Vida and return home transformed.

Pia Plant

Pia Plant moved to Costa Rica over 11 years ago looking for peace, quiet and a smaller community. And she’s definitely found it in Santa Teresa having moved there from Buenos Aires, Argentina where she had previously lived her entire life. Initially seeking to live in nature and in a small community Pia started surfing when she moved to Santa Teresa and rarely a day goes by without her in the water with her beloved surf. In addition to surfing, Yoga is a very important part of her daily life. Pia also teaches Spanish and is a Reiki and Bach flower practitioner.

Pia loves being a surf instructor as she wants nothing more than to give everyone the chance to experience the joy of playing with the waves. She’s a huge animal lover and loves cooking healthy yummy nourishing meals.
