As night falls, the property comes alive with vibrant animal activity, and the sounds of the forest transform into a mesmerizing symphony of nature.

The trails become a runway for an astonishing variety of vibrantly colored frogs, like the elusive, red-eyed tree frogs. We’ll also be on the lookout for snakes, as they move silently through the undergrowth.

The world of insects becomes extraordinary after dark. We’ll watch bioluminescent “ghosts” like fireflies and impressive moths. We’ll discover spiders weaving their intricate webs and perfectly camouflaged stick insects, revealing their incredible ability to blend into their surroundings.

With some luck, we may spot mammals that only emerge under the moon. You might see a kinkajou (or honey bear) feeding on fruit or even hear the distant call of a coati moving in the darkness.
