Elaine has been leading world-wide yoga adventures for over 15 years.  People keep traveling with her for a reason—she has a true gift for creating joyful, welcoming spaces where deep transformation happens both on and off the mat. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and everyone feels included, seen, and supported. Her bubbly Irish spirit is contagious and adds a spark of fun to everything she does.

A master yoga teacher with 25 years of experience, she has an ability to teach classes that truly meet every-body. Her slow-flow style helps people tune in, feel grounded, and move with intention. With a sharp eye for alignment and creative teaching, she keeps the practice fresh, accessible, and deeply connected.

She’s especially known for her magical sound/energy healings and angelic voice, weaving in meditation, breathwork, mantras. Elaine is also a recording artist and certified personal trainer. Her other loves are surfing and tennis.
