For the past 40 years, I’ve been studying, practicing and teaching the benefits of living a Full Spectrum Life. This translates as living well in all layers of your being – body, mind, emotions, soul, and spirit.

Through the wisdom offerings of Yoga, Ayurveda and Breath of Bliss, I help people of all ages to lead vibrant, easeful, soulful lives today.

I am passionate about sharing this journey with women that want to embrace the skills and means for empowered aging. That means living every decade with passion and grace.
