Please note: all information submitted through our form is sent encrypted. Your credit card information is never sent via email and is stored on a secure web server and then deleted and moved to a secure offline location. After your stay we will erase your credit card information from our database.

Encanta la Vida Jungle Lodge - Payment and Cancellation Policy

Booking Notes:

Rates are per person per night
Rates include three meals
Infants stay for free
Taxes and transportation not included
Free yoga classes at our beachside Shala are offered during your stay

Children Policy:

Children from 3 up until 9 years old. Children in this age range enjoy special child rates off the adult rate when sharing the room of their parents or guardians.

Children 10 and older, the standard adult rate applies for their stay.

Deposit & Prepayment Policy:

• We do require a deposit of 50% of the total of the reservation to confirm your stay. This deposit is non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled or modified within more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• Full payment of your reservation will be required 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to encantareservations@gmail.com, and all cancellations must be confirmed as received by Encanta La Vida to be considered valid.

• Reservations canceled or modified with less than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to 50% of the total cost.

• Reservations canceled with less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to 100% of the total cost.

• If we are able to sell your spot, we will reimburse you 75% of the total of the reservation. A 25% administrative charge will be applied.

• Transferable Rate: For modifications requested 60 days before the arrival date you may receive a transferable stay credit to use within one year.

• Transferable Rate: For cancellations requested 90 days before the arrival date you may receive a transferable stay credit to use within one year.

• No-show reservations, unused room nights, meals or services, and/or early check-outs are not refundable.

• Pre-paid services, such as flights, transfers or tours booked in advance are non-refundable.

Extra Services Policy:

• Pre-paid extra services such as flights, land transfers and tours are non-refundable, according to each supplier’s cancellation policy.

Payment Authorization:

• By providing us your credit card details, you consent to entities such as card suppliers, banks and transaction processors, both locally and internationally, to use your information for payment process authorization.
